The Westin’s Heavenly Spa is a true oasis. The space is airy and serene, with flooring and walls made of bamboo and limestone. Delicate lilies are scattered throughout each room, adding to the tranquil atmosphere.
Aromatherapy treatments are available, with choices ranging from Aroma Therapy for therapeutic usage. We had the pleasure of trying the Aroma Therapy massage, and it was truly heavenly.
The therapist used a variety of essential oils to relax and rejuvenate my mind and body. We left feeling completely refreshed and invigorated.

We particularly enjoyed the age-defying cryotherapy facial, which promised to contour our face by providing lymphatic drainage to help. We can attest that the treatment was incredibly effective, and our skin looked noticeably smoother and more toned after just one session.

The facility itself is simply beautiful along with the numerous treatment rooms, and the staff are professional and attentive. We had the pleasure of enjoying a full-body aromatherapy massage, which was absolutely wonderful.
The therapist was very skilled and knew exactly how to work out all of our knots and tension. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam room, which were both very relaxing.

The spa offers an extensive menu of Shiseido Signature treatments, all aimed at creating total relaxation.
We opted for the 90-minute massage, which was simply heavenly. Our therapist used a combination of Swedish and deep tissue techniques to work out all the knots in our back, and I left feeling like a new person.
The manicure and pedicure with Bastien Gonzalez were also top-notch. Gonzalez is a world-renowned expert on hand and foot care, and his treatments are focused on overall well-being, not just traditional manicure and pedicure services.
We left the Shuiqi Spa feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated – it truly is the ultimate pampering experience.
